Prior to joining the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) in 2021, he served as VP for Operations and Senior People Development Consultant at ArraysTech Digital Systems Inc., playing a key role in the Philippine cinema industry's transition from analog to digital system. He also shared his knowledge at the East Asian Pastoral Institute (Ateneo, Quezon City), and for various organizations through lectures on team building, leadership, theory of change, conflict management, and stress management, including the Philippine National Police at Camp Crame. As Vice President of Gabay Sa Paghilom Foundation, he utilizes his therapeutic skills to provide counseling, fostering personal and relational healing. In his current role as Executive Assistant at the DOST, he contributes to the planning and implementation of science, technology, and innovation initiatives for regional development. His unique blend of philosophical-theological depth, practical development experience, and psycho-therapeutic expertise enables him to build bridges between diverse groups and foster sustainable social change.
